A free event, open to all, mainly discussing the commission to compose an inscription for the wall of Y Gaer, the new library/museum/gallery complex to be opened in Brecon in 2018, incorporating the restored and refurbished Brecknock Museum.

Monday 29 May 2017, BBC Radio 3, 'Sound Walk to Hay on Wye'. Readings of several poems included in this 'slow radio' piece about a walk in the Black Mountains, fronted by Horatio Clare, produced by Philip Tagney.

Poetry reading with others on the Thursday, and I gave a brief paper on the Bog~Mawnog Project and the Black Mountains poems on the Friday.

While I was in London for the 17th April launch, I spoke at the London Book Fair in Earl's Court at the Centre for Literary Translation in a session chaired by Daniel Hahn of UEA, on using bridge languages for translation from so-called 'minority' or lesser-used languages. A lively session also involving Gabriel Rosenstock, Sampurna Chattarji, and publisher Clive Boutle.
